The UV light curing process dries the coating instantly, so our colored fence framework is ready to bundle and ship right off the production line. This streamlined process gives Wheatland Tube the fastest lead times in the industry.
With no solvents, no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and no hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), Ultra Z-Coat is designed with sustainability in mind. It’s non-flammable and there are no heavy metals. LED UV technology requires less space and less energy than traditional UV light methods or other types of coatings.
Standard colors are black, green and brown.
