Marvin Phillips is the Corporate Metallurgist for the Atlas Tube Company. He is responsible for managing the inspection department, and administrating their N.D.T., and quality assurance programs in the Atlas’s Chicago plant. Marvin earned a B.S. degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1971 and an M.B.A. in Operations Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1978.
