Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Hays was Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for Zekelman Industries, appointed to this position in May of 2011. Prior to that position, he was Global Vice President – Electrical & Infrastructure Division for Atkore International (formerly Allied Tube) where he was a 31-year veteran.
